I moved to the Pioneer Valley in 2003 to work as a real estate attorney, and it is Amherst that I have since called home. Originally hailing from Virginia, I transitioned easily to the Valley lifestyle, with its universities, cultural, and recreational opportunities.
I enjoy working with people, and it is that personal element that initially drew me from the paper-shuffling of the legal transaction to the one-on-one interaction with home buyers and sellers involved in real estate agency. This is a personal business, and I enjoy getting to know the personalities behind the transaction.
As an attorney I bring a knowledge of the real estate process, its pitfalls and potential traps for the unwary; and it is this knowledge which enables me to guide clients smoothly through the entirety of the purchase and sale process. I enjoy deal-making, the mechanics of negotiating offers and counter offers, but it is the excitement of helping others turn their dreams into reality that keeps me involved in real estate.

Me mudé al Pioneer Valley en el año 2003 para trabajar como abogado de bienes raíces (o, mejor dicho, escribano), y es Amherst que desde entonces llamo mi hogar. Crecí in Virginia, EE.UU., y me adapté facilmente al estilo de vida del Pioneer Valley, con sus universidades, y sus oportunidades culturales y recreativas.
Disfruto trabajar con la gente, y es por eso que me atrae la professión inmobilaria. El negocio de bienes raices es personal, y me gusta conocer a los personalidades en ambos lados de la transacción.
