Being raised in the Town of Ludlow and now a resident of Belchertown since 1988, this area of central Massachusetts is truly my home. I married my wife Pauline in 1985 and have two children, Jennifer and Rebecca who are both in the Belchertown school system.
My background consists of 30 years experience in residential/commercial construction along with raw land development. Most of these years were spent as a Foreman, Job Supervisor, Heavy Equipment Operator and part of a Survey Team for job layout. Blueprint reading along with the knowledge of different soils and soil conditions are a must in this field. The knowledge of how homes, buildings, roads, septic systems are built and designed are just some of my specialties. Having the opportunities to work closley with builders in the area along with all other trades definitely comes in handy. Being a licensed Title V (septic systems) installer over the years also helps with me knowing the area and officials in different area towns.
I started off a new career in Real Estate in the Spring of 2007, so I could stay in an associated field that was my profession for 30 years. I wanted to be able to help people with their most difficult decisions in their lives and to know they were being taken care of with professional and friendly service they deserve.
My specialties include:
Residential home sales and listings
New construction and listings
Raw land development
First time home buyers
Relocation
Other achievements and memberships:
2008 REALTOR OF THE YEAR
Multiple Listing Service member
Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley
National Association of Realtors
