I’ve slugged a baseball off a tee down the third baseline as a Chicopee Little Leaguer; my cleats were above my helmet sporting my Chestnut Hill football uniform. I’ve driven across the United States six times to plummet down the Rockies on my board. I’ve sauntered down the vacated side roads of Edinburgh and Glasgow, had sangria and tapas in the music-filled alleyways in the heart of Madrid, and explored by train the beyond-belief views of Southern France and the Italian Alps as they dropped into Milan. I’ve discovered why they close everything and desert the beaches of Greece at noon—to nap, seen an orchestra in the castles of Vienna, and followed the currents of the Danube River on a small ship. I clattered down the limestone steps into the caves of Epernay in search of the perfect Champagne. My name is John Peetz; I’m a native to the valley and now live in South Hadley in the midst of a woman who is the truest Sox fan I know, with a purpose of building a future here in the valley. I’ve been a salesperson for twenty years, from paper route to real estate agent. To show my devotion, I’ve signed up and committed four years of my time and over $40,000 of my own money to educate myself build a business and invest in the community. After completion of my Building Materials Sales and Management degree, I will have earned knowledge in such fields as design and production, education, management, research, inside and outside sales, architectural and construction liaison, buying, estimating, inventory and quality control. By promising my clients and myself to stay current with my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, I will be able to identify a strategic plan of action that is best for my clients. It’s my goal to maintain and—when possible—increase the value of your property whether you are a client of mine or not, because everyone’s property determines the value of the other’s. I have the sincerest aspirations to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated, and with the aforementioned beliefs, I aim to create clients for life that will come to me for their residential, commercial and investment needs.
